Camera Trouble Shooting

If you are having trouble seeing the webcam live, try this fix.

Open Internet Explorer

On your toolbar at the top of the screen, click on "tools"

Scroll down and click on "options"

Click on "security"

Security level should be set on "medium". If it is not, use the slide bar to change the setting.

Next click on "custom level"

Scroll down the list until you see "Scripting of Java applets".  Be sure this is set to enable.

Click "OK" and go back and try to view the web cam.

This should work. 

Use Internet Explorer to access the website.
